Simply select one of the two options below:
1. Use your Patient Access Online Account – You can securely message a clinician by logging onto your Patient Access online services account and using the secure message service. You can later log in to view the response to your query. The response will normally be available within 48 hours. Please note this is not an instant messaging service so please do not send a message regarding anything urgent. Please direct any Urgent queries to reception. 2. E-Consultations using Engage Consult - Our E-Consultations service allows you to securely message the practice and ask your doctor a question. Your doctor is then able to reply to you and send through any documents you might need. We will try to respond to all queries within 48 hours. This service can also be used for self-help advice. Please note that this service is not for urgent medical enquiries. Please direct any Urgent queries to reception. You do not need a Patient Access account to access this service. Please note below the daily request times for online consultations. Requests made made and submitted within these times should receive a response on the same day, though sometimes this is not possible. If for some reason you do not hear back from us and require more urgent help, the please use the usual methods of either contacting the surgery; calling out of hours service 111; or by dialing 999 only in an emergency.
