Our Services
We provide a wide range of healthcare services, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.:
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Preventive care, screenings, and vaccinations
- Management of long-term conditions (diabetes, asthma, heart disease)
- Referrals to specialists and hospitals
- Family health support: maternal care, contraception, mental health
- Administrative support: medical certificates, health records
- Lines open from 8am to 6:30pm
- E-Consultations – Reponses within 24-28 hours
- Emails – Monitored Daily
- NHS APP – Prescriptions are requested
- Batch Messaging – For Smears and Other Appointments
- Travel Vaccines
- Walking Club – Every Wednesday at 11am
- Face to Face – Routine
- Face to Face – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
- Telephone – Routine
- Telephone – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
- Out of Hours Minor Ailments with Clinical Pharmacist
- Hub Access
- Home Visits for Housebound Patients
- Health Checks – New patient, Carer and Asylum Seeker
