Your Responsibilities

  • Treat staff and other patients with courtesy and respect
  • Attend appointments on time or let us know if you need to cancel
  • Provide accurate personal and medical information
  • Follow agreed treatment plans and advice
  • Use emergency and urgent services appropriately
  • Update us with changes in contact details
  • Share feedback to help us improve

Our Services

We provide a wide range of healthcare services, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Preventive care, screenings, and vaccinations
  • Management of long-term conditions (diabetes, asthma, heart disease)
  • Referrals to specialists and hospitals
  • Family health support: maternal care, contraception, mental health
  • Administrative support: medical certificates, health records
  • Lines open from 8am to 6:30pm
  • E-Consultations – Reponses within 24-28 hours
  • Emails – Monitored Daily
  • NHS APP – Prescriptions are requested
  • Batch Messaging – For Smears and Other Appointments
  • Travel Vaccines
  • Walking Club – Every Wednesday at 11am
  • Face to Face – Routine 
  • Face to Face – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
  • Telephone – Routine
  • Telephone – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
  • Out of Hours Minor Ailments with Clinical Pharmacist
  • Hub Access
  • Home Visits for Housebound Patients
  • Health Checks – New patient, Carer and Asylum Seeker
