Anybody with symptoms of a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, should self isolate at home for 7 days. DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE. For any other medical problems or Coronavirus related concerns please continue to call the practice on 0208 9030609. Please note, Lancelot Medical Centre will no longer be seeing any patients face-to-face. Our doctors and nurses will be doing consultations by telephone, video, and online. If you need medical help, you will need to fill in an online consultation form at https://lancelotmedicalcentre.co.uk/practice-services/online-services/ or call us on 0208 903 0609. If you need a prescription either order it online, email us, or ask your pharmacy to email us.
