Reception team

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries and appointments. Apart from English language the Lancelot Medical Centre receptionists can communicate in various languages including Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.

Mrs Indu Gopal

My name is Indu Gopal and I am working as a receptionist. Here at the Lancelot Medical Centre, we have a lovely sense of community. After my husband’s passing, I have climbed 2 mountains with my son. I feel a greater sense of accomplishment, from being able to work alongside my colleagues, who make me feel a little less alone. A little kindness goes a long way.

Mrs Shazia Raza

Hi my name is Shazia Raza and I have been working at Lancelot Medical Centre since 2010. I have been working as a receptionist and administrator. Outside of work my hobbies include travelling, reading, going to the gym and watching movies.

Mrs Rabia Darr

Hi my name is Rabia Darr. I have been working at Lancelot Medical Centre for over 6 years as a receptionist. In my spare time I enjoy doing something creative like drawing, painting and crocheting.
